Shipping
We usually ship dolls with FedEx or UPS. You will receive the tracking number within 2-4 days after the doll is shipped. If you need to delay delivery or pick up at the FedEx/UPS Center, please let us know before shipment so that we can arrange the delivery time or change the shipping address.
The shipping time depends on your location. It will take longer for your package to arrive in Canada, Australia, and the European Union, so please be patient and stay in touch with us.

Delivery & Checking
When you receive your doll, check the appearance of the box first. If the outer box of the package is damaged, please take a video or photos of the shipping label and the outer box before unpacking. A video should also be taken when unpacking to prove that your doll was damaged in transit (in a rare case).
We will offer different options depending on the degree of damage: instruct you to repair, send a replacement or refund.
